What this version stores

Saved trip comparisons are stored in your browser's local storage on this device. The calculator runs in your browser. A current-trip draft may also be kept in this tab’s session storage while you check flight offers. The current hosted beta does not send trip inputs to a TripCeiling application backend.

Affiliate links and content analytics

This pilot loads a Travelpayouts Drive script from an external domain. It can inspect travel page content and visitor interactions to place affiliate links or offers and report content performance. Follow our visible affiliate-link notices and review the Travelpayouts website for its policies. Prices are not retrieved automatically for TripCeiling. Your saved plans continue to be stored in this browser, though loading a third-party script introduces additional data-access considerations requiring review.

Location permission

If you choose “Use my location,” your browser asks for permission. The page uses coordinates locally to suggest airports from a limited built-in list. The app does not intentionally send those coordinates to a TripCeiling application server. You may decline and choose an airport manually.

Feedback and email

Feedback is not submitted automatically. If you choose “Open email draft,” the website prepares a message addressed to support@tripceiling.com using the category, rating, and comments you entered. Your email application opens the draft; you decide whether to send it. You can also copy or download feedback instead. If you send an email, your email provider and our mailbox provider process the message and its sender details as part of delivering and receiving it. Do not include sensitive personal or payment information.

Storage and deletion

You can clear saved comparisons within TrueCost or clear this website's browser data. Exports and copies you create are under your control. Browser extensions, the browser itself and your device may handle data under their own policies.

Hosting and future changes

This beta is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process technical request information to deliver the site and protect its infrastructure under its own policies. Trip inputs and saved comparisons are handled locally in your browser; the site does not have a built-in direct feedback-submission service. A third-party tool, Travelpayouts Drive, is used in this pilot to monetize eligible travel links and analyze visitor interactions with travel content. Depending on its settings, it may add affiliate links, recommendations, and previews. This may involve processing visitor interaction and technical data under Travelpayouts and its partners’ policies. Review your privacy choices and the provider policies before booking. Decorative travel photographs are bundled with this website; they do not require a separate request to Unsplash image servers.

Savings are hypothetical scenarios based on user-entered assumptions and in-browser calculations—not confirmed offers, discounts or guarantees.

Travel requirements

Travelers are responsible for confirming passport, visa, entry, health, baggage and cancellation requirements with authoritative sources and providers.
